The registration form is already available to participate in the Photographic contest “Native Forest of San Juan 2025”, organized by the Ministry of Environment and sustainable , through the Directorate of Native Forests. This initiative, which seeks to make visible the value of the native forest through the art of photography, is Aimed at people over 18 years of age with residence in the , both professionals and amateurs.

The contest proposes to capture, through a creative and committed look, biodiversity, landscapes and interaction between nature and the communities that inhabit or relate to these ecosystems. The enabled categories are: landscapes of the native forest; Native flora and fauna and interaction and nature.

Each participant can send up to Three photographs in JPG format, with a minimum of 3000 pixels on its largest side and a maximum size of 6 MB. The images must be accompanied by a title and a brief contextual description.

Registration will be open from June 1 to August 15, 2025, through this form (click here). The jury will be composed of specialists in photography, biology and conservation, and will evaluate the works according to their originality, technical quality, visual impact and relevance.

The awards include a tripod and a backpack for the place, and a tripod for the . In addition, the selected works will be part of a Public sample in a to be confirmed, as part of the closure of the contest.

With this contest, the Ministry of Environment reaffirms its commitment to the protection of the native forest and the promotion of citizen participation as an environmental awareness and education tool.
