This was confirmed by Julio Enciso, one of the Premier League’s top promises and Valentín Barco’s current teammate at Brighton. The Paraguayan, barely 20 years old, is already one of the top figures in his country and publicly declared his desire to once wear the blue and gold jersey in the future.
