Despite starting off winning the match, San Telmo could not maintain the advantage and ended up equaling as a visitor against Defensores Unidos de Zaráte 2-2.

At the start of the second half and when only 3 minutes had been played, Zárate’s team scored the second goal, through left back Luis Olivera who appeared by surprise and crossed the goal to make it 2-1.
It seemed that San Telmo would have no answers to reach the tie, but in a corner kick they found the goal. When 35′ were played, two headers in the area gave final figures. Agustín Lamosa combed it and Iñaki Lartirigoyen ended up finishing at the far post.
