SEATTLE — Cal Raleigh hit a go-ahead two-run double in the seventh inning, and the Seattle Mariners rallied to beat the Chicago White Sox 4-3 on Tuesday.

It was the second night in a row that Raleigh drove in the winning run. On Monday, he hit a grand slam that left the White Sox flat on the field.

Before his RBI single, Maldonado had gone 0-for-35 since May 11 and 1-for-46 in his last 15 games.

The Mariners tied it in the bottom of the second inning with consecutive doubles by Luke Raley and Mitch Garver. Andrew Faughn and Paul DeJong hit back-to-back home runs in the third inning to put Chicago up 3-1.

The victory went to Trent Thornton (2-1) and the save to Ryne Stanek. John Brebbia (0-4) took the loss.

For the White Sox, Venezuelan Lenyn Sosa 0-4. Cuban Luis Robert Jr. 3-0. Puerto Rican Maldonado 3-1 with an RBI.

For the Mariners, Dominican Julio Rodríguez was 1-for-4 with two runs scored.
