Santander is having a real party for the Atlético Bucaramanga star. As part of that celebration, the authorities of the Santander capital had a special route that the champions will follow upon arriving in the metropolitan area of Bucaramanga.
At 10:00 am this Sunday, June 16, the welcome caravan will begin outside the Palonegro international airport. From there, it is expected that the Santander team pass through the municipality of Girón, where the Flanders Bridge is a reference point.
The bus with the champion team will take the highway that connects Girón with Bucaramanga and will enter the capital of Santander by race 27.
The caravan will continue along this road corridor until reaching to the Américo Montanini stadium, formerly known as Alfonso López.
There is expectation among fans for what will be the celebration at the departmental sports complex.
For its part, the Bucaramanga Mayor’s Office provided a series of recommendations so that fans can enjoy this party without altercations.
The first of them is to maintain order and prudence when driving. Likewise, authorities reminded drivers Avoid drinking alcohol.
