Through the Samsung Repara Contigo program, users can repair their Galaxy S22, S21 and S20 Series smartphones that are out of warranty.
The cell phone became practically a limitless extension of users. That is why Samsung seeks to enable them to make the most of their Galaxy devices, through a new self-repair program for these devices to continue their useful life.
Among the possibilities available so far, users can purchase kits that allow them to replace the damaged parts of the Galaxy Smartphones of the S22, S21 and S20 lines. Additionally, a tool kit specially designed for these processes is available. The kit includes six plastic spikes, a disassembly bar, a round-tip antistatic metal tweezer, a star-head screwdriver, a removal suction cup, and a hot/cold gel, and can be purchased separately on the Samsung website.
We invite you to watch the video made by Giuly Cobian on YouTube, where he teaches step by step how to disassemble and assemble the screen of your Galaxy smartphone, using a Galaxy S22+ as an example.
These are the parts available so that users can repair their equipment themselves so far:
Loading port
The charging port is an essential part for Galaxy smartphones. Although some models allow charging through wireless charging devices, most users continue to use the charging port to power their devices.
The charging port kit consists of the USB-C charging connector and the adhesives and mounting screws necessary to make the change.
Back cover
The back cover of a Galaxy smartphone contributes to the aesthetics of these devices, while allowing all the components inside to be kept safe.
The back cover kit contains the back panel, cover, bezel, and adhesives necessary for installation. This kit is available in a variety of colors to match your original device.
Screen
Perhaps the most essential part of Galaxy cell phones. The Galaxy smartphone screen kits allow you to replace this element, which may have been damaged by breakage or malfunction after the warranty period.
The display kits include the AMOLED glass front touch panel, a battery, the front frame, its bezel and the necessary adhesives, as well as screws and mounting brackets.
