As stated by the Czech media Zing.cz – and shared in Wccftech – all this has been known thanks to the fact that Producer Martin Klíma confirmed it at the Game Access event held in Brno (Czech Republic).
Klíma said that the technical section of Xbox Seriesand specifically the 10 GB of RAM, have affected the creation of Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 on PC and consoles.
The less powerful console than its older brother only has 25% more RAM and Warhorse Studios decided to make the game only 25% larger than its predecessor.
This is not the first time we have heard something similar, Alan Wake 2 creators join other developers by saying that the Xbox Series S GPU and RAM are “a problem“in the generation.
During the event, the producer also revealed that Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 runs at 4K and 30 FPS on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series; although it was not specified whether native or scaled.
On Xbox Series S, it will run at 1440p and 30 FPS and they haven’t said anything about its display options either, so we’re likely to see a heavy CPU usage on consoles.
