The second generation of the BMW M2 is updated to get closer than ever to the M3. With either of the two options, BMW claims to have worked so that the accelerator offers a more intense response in any of the available driving modes. Whether this is very noticeable or not in practice, what is beyond doubt is the improvement in the acceleration figures of the M2. With automatic transmission completes the 0 to 100 kilometers/hour in 4 seconds, a tenth of a second less than before, while with the manual transmission the same sprint is achieved in 4.2 seconds.
