“Timeless” Toni Storm believes that Nikki Bella does not have what it takes to be in AEW.
Ahead of the inaugural Dynasty pay-per-view, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella [now known as Nikki Garcia] stated on her podcast that she had at one point considered reaching out to Tony Khan with an interest in becoming All Elite. Garcia would later add that due to family commitments, it did not seem possible. Although this is the reason that Garcia gave up, the AEW Women’s Champion believes there is another motive.
Following on from her successful retention of the title against Thunder Rosa at Dynasty, Storm appeared at the post-show media scrum. When asked about Garcia’s recent interest in joining the promotion, the Timeless one gave the real reason why the Hall of Famer didn’t become All Elite:
“Nicole Garcia thought about joining AEW when she saw what Mercedes did. Do you know why she didn’t? Because then she saw me and realized you can’t hold ap*ssy scented candle to what I do. I am the one taking this company to new heights. And I don’t even try to. I’m just being me and it’s the greatest thing I could ever be. And it’s the greatest thing that could happen to all of you to have every one of you who saw me all those years ago and thought she has potential. You had absolutely no idea it was going to get this good to do. Tomorrow morning your headlines should read holy f*ck was I wrong?”

Closing out her comments, Storm discussed finishing the story, a reference to the long-running Cody Rhodes storyline in WWE that culminated with The American Nightmare winning the Undisputed Championship and celebrating with Triple H in the ring. Storm added that whenever she finishes a story she will not be inviting Tony Khan to join her:
“And Anthony, I promise you no matter how many matches I win, no matter how many stories I finish. I will never call you into the ring to celebrate with me. Being timeless means I’m not on your watch. My success is my own and damn lucky to be part of it. Thank you.”
