Jackson singled up the middle to bring in Presutti, which was immediately followed by a two-run single from Trinity Schlotterbeck to score Mora and Leebrick. Jackson would find his way home for the fourth run of the inning off a sacrifice fly by pinch hitter Becca Jones.

One more run was in store for Florida Atlantic at the bottom of the sixth thanks to a sacrifice fly from Mora to bring in Kylie Hammonds.
