The Chamber of Deputies sent the head of the Executive Branch, Rogelio Frigerio, a Request for Reports to know how the administrative act by which Agustín Siboldi was appointed as director of the Compañía Entrerriana de Gas SA was carried out.
The initiative was promoted by deputy Yari Demián Seyler and was accompanied by his peers in the Lower House as co-authors of Silvia del Carmen Moreno, Andrea Soledad Zoff and Stefanía Cora.
The Report Request – to which you agreed ANALYSIS– asks the Executive Branch the following points:
1) Administrative act by which Mr. Agustín Siboldi was appointed as director of the Compañía Entrerriana de Gas SA, number and date corresponding to the Official Gazette where it was published.
2) If Mr. Agustín Siboldi continues to develop his legal activity in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires as a partner of the O’Farrell firm.
3) If Mr. Agustín Siboldi in his personal capacity or the law firm or firms in which he practices his profession have as clients human or legal persons who carry out activities in the energy sector that may have a conflict of interest in matters related to the activity of the Empresa Entrerriana de Gas SA.
4) If the answer to the previous article is affirmative, we request their name and/or company name.
5) If, since the appointment, Mr. Agustín Siboldi has resigned from positions and/or appointments in companies whose corporate purpose is activities linked to the energy sector.
6) If Mr. Agustín Siboldi is a member of associations and/or chambers and/or sectoral groups whose missions may have a conflict of interest in matters related to the activity of Compañía Entrerriana de Gas SA.
7) If Mr. Agustín Siboldi in his personal capacity or the law firm or firms in which he practices his profession have as clients human or legal persons who are suppliers of Compañía Entrerriana de Gas SA.
8) If the answer to the previous article is affirmative, we request their name and/or company name.
