On the morning of April 15, 2024, rain started falling differently in the provinces of Iraq. The rain fell rapidly and heavily in Erbil Province, leading to floods in areas such as Kalkand, Terao, Dara Tu, and Birzin. This resulted in damage to the homes of 144 families, affecting a total of 864 individuals due to these floods.
