Works for the residents of Cutral Co
At the time of leaving his message, the communal chief Ramón Rioseco expressed “we are very happy because these are the works that we had committed to for our neighbors in Colonia 2 de Abril and the Monte Hermoso neighborhood. In the particular case of Colonia 2 de Abril, almost the entire neighborhood will have a natural gas network, while in the Monte Hermoso neighborhood it will be partial, we will have half of the sector with gas because we still do not have enough fluidity, but as soon as we finish the work of pressure we will surely have gas in that entire area during the course of this year.
Furthermore, we are very happy because in a few days we are going to put out the tender for the drinking water work in the Monte Hermoso neighborhood, so we continue working in an orderly manner so that the city continues to grow.
Gas in rural areas
Last Monday, Mayor Rioseco signed the agreements for the construction of secondary gas networks in different sectors. These are works to be carried out in the Unión, Progreso, Pueblo Nuevo and Colonia 21 de Septiembre neighborhoods through an investment of around 200 million pesos.
In that act, the community leader specified that “we are already carrying out work in the Progreso, Unión, Pueblo Nuevo and Colonia 21 de Septiembre neighborhoods with ten 10 blocks that will benefit 620 residents. What we signed today goes in the same direction because They are complementary works.”
In the southern area of the city, these are extensions of gas pipes of almost 1,000 meters to new blocks of Unión, Progreso and Pueblo Nuevo, in addition to what is already in progress.
