An explosion of flavor: how to prepare a Nutella volcano in simple steps?

Preparing this exquisite recipe is very simple and only 6 ingredients are neededand one of them is optional:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 yolk
  • 50 ml of milk cream
  • 350g Nutella
  • 2 tablespoons plain flour
  • Butter and powdered sugar to decorate (optional)

Step by step: the Nutella volcano recipe

In just nine steps, sweet lovers can have a delicious dessert Full of flavor to enjoy after a pleasant meal:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Grease heat-safe molds with butter and sprinkle them with flour to make it easier to unmold the volcanoes later.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs and yolk. until foamy. Add the milk cream and continue beating.
  4. Add the Nutella and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
  5. Sift the flour over the Nutella mixture and stir carefully until no lumps remain. Do not overmix to prevent the dough from becoming hard.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared molds, filling them three-quarters full.
  7. Place the molds on a baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutesor until the edges are firm but the center is still a little soft.
  8. Remove the volcanoes from the oven carefully and let them cool for a few minutes before unmolding them.
  9. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with a spoonful of hot Nutella in the center of each volcano.
