Deputy Nayar denounces sabotage and criticizes senior officer Meruvia for evading answers

In the city of La Paz, the second vice president of the Chamber of Deputies and member of the Citizen Community, Luisa Nayar, was involved in an incident in the Legislative Assembly when she confronted the senior official of the Chamber of Deputies, Hernán Meruvia, demanding explanations about what who called the session a “sabotage” and requested the opening of the doors of the Hemicycle. According to Nayar, Meruvia evaded her questions and left without responding to the press.
“Don’t run away, officer, you took him by the hand. That’s how all the Masistas escape, they are all the same. This is how all the Masistas escape, they are the same, textbook,” said Nayar, visibly upset at the official’s attitude.
The incident occurred in a context of the complaint by the opposition, accusing that the archism in the Chamber of Deputies intends to “sabotage” the plenary session of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational scheduled for noon this Thursday since the General Office suddenly announced the fumigation of the chamber.
