Although the video shows that the banners are fluttering in the wind, they were actually made with Artificial Intelligence or some editing program.

According to the statement issued by the INAH, the reproduction of images of the historical monument was carried out without authorization.
The controversy broke out when a video began to circulate on social networks showing flags and banners of game of Thrones in the Chapultepec Castle, images that were quickly discredited by the INAH. “It is reported that the images are false,” the statement clarifies. He adds that “at no time have flags, banners or any other advertising material related to said production been placed on this property.”
The INAH emphasizes that what is seen on social networks was generated through image editing programs or artificial intelligence, and highlights that the responsible company did not ask for permission to use the image of the Castle. “Nor has the reproduction of images from this space been authorized for the promotion of the series (The House of the Dragon),” added the organization, declaring that the images are false and the product of editing techniques.
It should be noted that the promotional ones were also placed in the United States, specifically on the Brooklyn vehicular bridge, again it was an edition with Artificial Intelligence and not literally hanging flags in the place, on this occasion they were in favor of the green faction.
