The Cáceres Chamber of Commerce will become the largest forum for entrepreneurship, innovation and private investment in western Spain this Thursday, June 13, thanks to Cáceres Business Angels Daya reference event in the regional and national startup ecosystem.
Tom Horsey, co-founder of Eoniq Fund, Guillermo Soto Ugalde, co-founder of COREangels Madrid and Nacho Alonso Cembrano, president of Pinama Capital23, will participate in it.
The event, which will start at 9:00 a.m. in the presence of more than 60 attendees, aims to strengthen the development of the entrepreneurial-investor ecosystem of Cáceres. For it, The keys to becoming a successful investor will be revealed.
Why invest in startups?
They are planned round tables and presentations, in which issues of crucial interest will be addressed such as the motivation to invest in startups (risks and returns), the identification and acquisition of investment operations (generation of deal flow), the negotiation of the investment agreement and structuring of the operation (the Shareholders’ Agreement), as well as the monitoring and creation of value in the investee company and the identification and exploitation of exit opportunities.
As a culmination of this day The entrepreneurial potential of five startups participating in the Growth program will be analyzed from the High Performance Center for Startups of the Cáceres Chamber of Commerce, C-LAB: Findder, Smallops, Ventum Innovación, UX Hoteles and 360 Climate Change Solutions.
People interested in attending will be able to enjoy a high-level investment environment and create new synergies with the rest of the attendees at the cocktail-networking that will be offered during this meeting.
This day will be attended investors of the ‘Cáceres Investor Hub’, the first private investment club formed by entrepreneurs from Extremadura or with business activity in Extremadura.
