Kel Mitchell Remembers Dan Schneider ‘Yelled at’ Him on the Set of ‘All That’

Former Nickelodeon star Kel Mitchell states that Daniel Schneider he yelled at her in a closet on the set of Everything that.

Mitchell, 45, recalled that heated moment on the Tuesday, June 11, episode of Keke Palmerthe podcast of, Baby this is Keke Palmer. She was 18 or 19 at the time, she told Palmer, when Schneider, a writer for Mitchell’s comedy show, Everything that —He directed the anger in his direction.

“The vibe of the show started to change a little bit. [The show’s co-creator] Brian Robbins started to do Varsity Blues and all these different movies and production crew started exploding, so they left,” Mitchell said of the personnel changes at Everything that. “And they left us with the head writer, Dan Schneider. So he’s writing, and he and I butt heads a little bit.”

One day, “I remember Dan and I had a big argument on set,” he continued. “He told me, ‘Let’s go to this room here, in this closet.’ He closed the door and left, you know, yelling all those wild things.”

Mitchell moved away from Schneider.

“Being an adult right now, I had to make a decision, you know what I mean? I was like, okay, or we [are] “I’m going to fight or I’m leaving,” he said. “And that is what I did. “I left the situation.”
