The Province provided contributions for infrastructure works in Reduction and La Carlota

Government Minister Manuel Calvo visited the town of Reduction, where he delivered a provincial contribution of $120 million to Mayor Jorge Grazziano, for the expansion of the natural gas distribution network in that town in the Juárez Celman department.
These resources correspond to the Complementary Fund for Infrastructure Works for Municipalities, Communes and Regional Communities (FOCOM), coordinated by the Ministry of Government.
In this case, they ratify the commitment assumed by Governor Martín Llaryora in the last patron associations of the Cristo de la Buena Muerte.
In this regard, the Government Minister assessed that the work on the gas network “will undoubtedly change the reality of the neighbors. It is a work that is not only environmentally friendly, but also improves the quality of life of the neighbors who will begin to enjoy the benefit of natural gas,” he said.
In the same sense, he highlighted that the municipal project is possible thanks to the Trunk Gas Pipeline Plan that the Province executed, and considered that “these are the improvements, the works that have to arrive, so that, from the provincial Government and working together “With the local government, we provide more services and solutions to the residents of Rección,” Manuel Calvo stressed.
For his part, Mayor Grazziano explained the scope of the work programmed by the municipality.
“Reduction would require about 11,800 meters of gas network laying, and currently it only has 3,100. The municipality will add a contribution to this FOCOM that we receive and that will allow us to build just over 2,000 meters. In this way we are going to exceed fifty percent of the network layout of the entire town, so that Energas enables it and the front owners can access natural gas,” said Mayor Grazziano.
