And Torreón sounded like never before!

This Friday, Make Music Day was celebrated in the Laguna Region with a wide range of stages and proposals.

The musical explosion began yesterday afternoon and extended, in some places, until the early hours of today.

One of the main stages was the Plaza Mayor, which brought together many Laguneros, who enjoyed an interesting fusion of rhythms.

With a temperature of 29 degrees Celsius and no rain, as happened last Thursday, men and women arrived at the concrete slab ready to dance and sing with Rafa and Los Tóxicos, Liberatto, Cadereira and Mi Barrio Colombiano.

Rafa and the Toxicos were the first to go on stage after 7:15 p.m.

With their explosive touch, they sang songs like CincoMinutes and Mírala Míralo, surprising the people who were already there.

With the seal that characterizes the Ortiz family, Liberatto arrived on stage with all the strength of cumbia lagunera.

The former Apache, Inés Ortiz, and her companions delivered their own songs and others that were hits during Inés’ stay in Tropicalísimo Apache.

This is how Una copita de rum, Si tú Quiero Bailar and Negrita he a he sounded, to name a few.

The spirits continued with Cadereira, a cumbia and other genres project led by Marcelo Gamboa from La Laguna.

After delivering their proposal, they gave the turn to the members of Mi Barrio Colombiano.

Alicia Sifuentes and her companions reviewed their hits like Evidencias and Maldito sea tu amor.

While these artists played in the Plaza Mayor, other stages offered very complete posters.

The Urban Forest hosted the Torreón Municipal Band, while the Casa del Cerro Museum featured a performance by the Torreón Youth Symphony Orchestra.

Carlos Rono, Rocky High, Dissorder, Ibekalillas and Emanuel Azz sang their songs at Cafelina, while Ana Carmen Aguilera, Juan García and Salvajada did the same at Café Sore.

The Plaza de Armas, Casa Allende, Foro Gonher installed on Paseo Morelos and La Casa del Centro, among others, were some of the stages that featured live music.
