This Saturday, June 22, after a rigorous investigation, the vehicle involved in a road accident that left a motorcyclist in serious condition was found. The incident had occurred during the night of the June 20 holiday on Rawson Avenue between Cereceto and Paraguay, in the Capital. As a result of the impact, Gustavo Leggiza, 35, who was driving his motorcycle, was hospitalized with serious injuries.
The car involved was found at 3167 Sarmiento Street in Santa Lucía. There, it was found that the driver was Mario Federico Guzmán, who voluntarily indicated that he was driving in the red Toyota Etios that works as a remis for the Oeste company.
As Guzmán explained, “he was struck by how sparks were coming out of the motorcycle as a result of its friction with the curb of the boulervard, and he then observed the impact of the motorcyclist with a garbage container located in the place.”
Guzmán commented that he stopped his journey immediately along with another driver who was behind him to collaborate, in addition to other people who were at the scene. The man voluntarily made the vehicle available to be reviewed and photographed by Criminalistics personnel, and no visible impact marks or scratches were observed on it.
