The Official Call and schedules of the 2024 “Gold Star” National Open Martial Arts Tournament were announced in Salamanca, Guanajuato (Gto), the event that has become the most representative of the Bajío region.
This document was released by the organizing committee of this tournament scheduled for October 12 at the “Lázaro Cárdenas” Gym, under the direction of the Shinbudokan Karate-Do academies, headed by Sensei Guillermo Pérez Martínez.
In the Official Call it is noted that the National Open Martial Arts “Gold Star” 2024 is part of the Bajío Professional Sport Karate Circuit, where its members seek to hold the best events for their students and families, in a healthy and respectful environment.
Likewise, the schedules, categories and modalities of competition that will be held for practitioners of Eastern and Western martial arts are included, from children to advanced degrees in the women’s and men’s branches.
The competitions will start at around 9:00 a.m. with the Adult Black Belt competitions in the categories of Traditional and Creative Forms with bare hands and weapons, as well as Point Combat.
At 9:30 a.m., it is planned to start the meetings for advanced and professional degrees -18 years in the form of musical, traditional and creative weapons.
Half an hour later, the competitions in quartets and special categories for beginners are scheduled to begin, while at 10:30 a.m. the competitions in forms and combat for beginners are expected to begin.
By 11:00 a.m., it will be the turn of the intermediate grades in the different types of competitions; while at around 1:00 p.m. it will be time for advanced and professional degrees in forms and combat.
At around 2:00 p.m., it will be time for the adults from the different grades, along with the junior black belts, for their competitions in forms and combat of the different modalities.
With this, it is marked that the work for the “Gold Star” 2024 National Open Martial Arts Tournament, in Salamanca, Guanajuato, continues without stopping to confirm itself as one of the most representative events of its type in the Bajio area.
