Zaccharie Risacher has been chosen by the Atlanta Hawks with the number 1 pick ofl NBA Draft 2024. -The San Antonio Spurs sent their #8 pick (which was Rob Dillingham) to the Minnesota Timberwolves. In exchange they received their 2031 1st round pick (unprotected) and a swap of protected 2030 draft picks.
-The Phoenix Suns sent their picks 28 (Ryan Dunn), 56 and two second rounds of the Draft to the Denver Nuggets in exchange for Da’Ron Holmes, chosen at pick #22
-The Portland Trail Blazers sent Malcolm Brogdon, their 14th pick (which was Bub Carrington) and a 2029 draft pick to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Deni Avdija.
-The New York Knicks sent their 24th round pick (Kyshawn George) to the Washington Wizards in exchange for picks #26 and #51. The Knicks would later send that #26 pick (Dillon Jones) to the Thunder in exchange for five future 2nd round picks to be determined.

Zaccharie Risacher has been chosen number 1 in the Draft. A choice in fight with Sarr and that will greatly determine the rest of his career, regardless of his true value as a player. His limited development in ball creation, as well as relative physical fragility to resist contact, makes one wonder if he will be able to adapt soon to the NBA context.
