The only release this Thursday in theaters in Paraguay is the horror and science fiction thriller A Quiet Place: Day Onea prequel to the 2018 film A Quiet Place, in which a family must survive in a world invaded by deadly creatures that are blind, but capable of locating their prey by sound.
This prequel takes place on the day that invasion began, and follows a cancer patient who must escape the monsters as New York descends into chaos around her.

The film stars Lupita Nyong’o (Black Panther: Wakanda Forever), next to Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things), Alex Wolff (Old) and Djimon Hounsou (Rebel Moon).
The direction is in charge of Michael Sarnoskiwho was personally selected by John Krasinskidirector of the first two installments of A silent placewho declared himself impressed by Sarnoski’s debut feature, the suspense drama Pig (2021).
The Serie A silent place It became one of the great surprise hits of recent years. The first two films grossed more than $638 million at the global box office against a cumulative budget of about $78 million.
Beyond this prequel, it is reported that Krasinski is planning a new sequel to close his trilogy.
