This Thursday, June 27 the Chamber of Deputies will vote again Base Law and this is how the project of the ruling party will be defined, which outlines the main guidelines of its economic, labor, financial and fiscal policy for the management it directs. Javier Milei.

The Constitution establishes that in the process of a law passed by Congress, the President can promulgate it by means of a decree or through “actual promulgation”, since if no decision is taken after 10 working days from the date on which the norm was communicated, it is automatically promulgated. In both cases, the law is then published in the Official bulletin and enters into force in accordance with the legal deadlines.
