Despite the desperate attempt to ask his family for help, after having a strong accident, Luis Ariel Parra, The 67-year-old was unable to say exactly where he was. Desperate, his relatives began a race against time, but were unable to find him in time.
With the information that he was heading to the Neuquén Industrial Park and that he had suffered an accident on his 125 cc chopper motorcycle, they began the task of trying to find him. They even filed a complaint at the Seventh Police Station in Cinco Saltos, but nothing worked.

Luis Ariel Parra was at the scene of the accident for almost twelve hours without being helped by anyone and by the time they found him he had already died.

Despite all the efforts made to find him and help him, this Thursday his relatives received the worst news. Immediately, they approached and were able to recognize the victim.
In the video you can see how the man continued straight as he entered the roundabout and did not even slow down. After a few meters, he lost control and fell.
Accident and drama on the third bridge: the questions that remain unresolved
Valdez Parra had fallen into a section of cement manhole located in the roundabout. One of the aspects that may be of interest to those who do not observe the images is that in such a busy area, no one noticed the accident or stopped to offer help.
However, the city’s cameras captured the sequence and the video shows that at most one or two vehicles passed relatively close enough to see him at the time of the accident.

Everything is pain in Cipolletti and Cinco Saltos
Another issue that lends itself to confusion or from which some contradiction arises is the route that man took.
According to its surroundings, it was going from Cinco Saltos to Neuquén, although in the images it can be seen that it was heading in the opposite direction, along route 151 it is true, but coming from the Cipolletti side towards the roundabout (in the direction of Cipolletti-Cinco Saltos or Cipolletti-Neuquén in case it turned at the roundabout).
Details that the courts will have to review, although no one is going to bring Luis Ariel Parra back to life and his people are currently living dramatic hours full of pain and it is understandable that under these circumstances it is not easy to reconstruct or reason about what happened.

The man was at the scene of the accident for almost 12 hours without receiving help.
Relatives of the victim said that “we spent many hours searching for him as a group towards the Neuquén Industrial Park, where he had gone, but we never imagined that he was there, from where he called us to tell us that he had fallen. We passed by the roundabout many times.”
Criminalistics, Regional V with headquarters in Cipolletti, worked at the scene of the incident. His remains were being laid to rest at the Don Bosco funeral home in Cipolletti.
