The world of bodybuilding is once again in mourning, this time due to the death of Gintia Goldani. The Brazilian bodybuilder, who also entered the world of influencers, has died suddenly at the age of 36 in Porto Alegre. This happens just a few days before starting her participation in the competition MuscleContest Brazilwhere he was going to compete against high-level peers.
“It is with great pain and sadness that we report the passing of Cintia Goldani due to complications from pneumonia. Cintia was an angel in human form. God needed reinforcements in heaven. She will never be forgotten by the family. MuscleContest“, the organization revealed in a statement.
Cintia, who was the presenter of one of the categories of the contest, has also received the farewell of her partner, the also bodybuilder Gustavo César. “Septic shock, pulmonary sepsis and bacterial pneumonia were the causes of the departure of my love of God, not an unproven embolism or any of the bizarre things that are said out there,” she confirmed through her social networks.
A death that has taken the athlete by surprise, since just a few weeks ago they were able to celebrate their love. “I wish I could thank you for everything you did for me, but I will thank you every day when I see the sunset and remember the people of Guaiba saying that the best things in life are in contemplating the simplest things,” he wrote.
Among other things, he also wanted to make it clear that she taught him “to truly love, to love with the soul.” He also wanted to define Cintia in three key words: “PURE, TRUE LOVE!”
Although bodybuilding was known in the world for its competitions, it was also known on social networks. Cintia Goldani had more than 24 thousand followers on Instagram, where she did not hesitate to publish recommendations, images of her daily life and competitions that she carried out.

This death joins that of the well-known Majorcan bodybuilder Xisco Serra a little over a month ago. The 50-year-old personal trainer also died suddenly due to a stomach ailment. Something that occurred years after having been able to overcome cancer that caused “the world to collapse.”
