Avid followers of Mega’s successful daytime soap opera have been able to observe important changes in the story of the latest episodes. In this regard, characters like Joaquininterpreted by Nicolas Rojashave shown themselves in facets that they had not shown before in “Game of Illusions”.

From the beginning, Irene’s grandson (Loreto Valenzuela) was shown as a carefree young man with no aspirations for a promising future. His close relationship with his uncle Guillermo (Julio Milostich) brought him closer to the world of crime.

His relationship with Javiera (Fernanda Finsterbusch) It deeply affected his personality, but the constant presence of Julián (Julio Milostich) complicated things. In fact, Joaquín even hit the father of his “princess,” thus causing an imminent breakup.

Now, after the arrival of Rodolfo (Mauricio Pesutic), the young man began to show a profound change in his personality. The presence of his biological father, who has encouraged him to study and improve his behavior, has positively impacted the life of his son, who even It is expressed in a different way.

Nicolás Rojas on Joaquín’s future in “Game of Illusions”

In this regard, Fotech.cl had the opportunity to speak exclusively with Nicolás Rojas, who took advantage of the opportunity to tell us details about what is coming up with Joaquín in “Juego de Ilusiones”. Regarding his character, the actor recognizes that there are important changes.

Joaquín has had a powerful evolution since the television series began. How did Guillermo’s departure affect him?

When his uncle Guillermo died, a part of Joaquín also died, leaving him adrift, exposed. Then, with the appearance of Rodolfo, his father, that space that disappeared is filled or perhaps another one opens up that makes the pain decrease and move on to the next thing.

Rodolfo has been an important figure for Joaquín, who had a change from heaven to earth. What was it like to work on this transition?

This new era of Joaquín, creating important bonds, that form a maturity and an adulthood that was necessary to show and work on, because he finally found roots. For this I imagined a calmer Joaquín, with his impetus and his impulses more contained and controlled. Trying to think before doing and, of course, enjoy growing. Maybe, over time, he’s going to lose a little faith in people, but I think that’s part of adulthood.

With the purchase of the strip center, Joaquín is having a greater role. Are there any surprises coming with the character from “Juego de Ilusiones”?

There are many surprises coming with the character. I’m delighted with what I’m reading from my scenes and what the other characters are saying about him. I can feel proud of Joaquín: he mixes sensitivity with maturity, spontaneity with thinking. And that, without a doubt, will bring surprises. He was never anyone.

It seems that Joaquín found a new love with the tutor who teaches him. Did he permanently leave Javiera behind?

I believe that he is very in love with Javiera and that love will transcend, even if they are not together. They are the closest thing to a family. They love each other and are always able to support each other. So, I think he’s never going to leave her behind. But he can fall in love with other people and of course, Blanca (Nicole Espinoza), he is very close to her.
