A last day of work completely unrelated to the traditional was the one carried out by Aniket Randhir in the city of Pune, in India.

The story was recorded by Anish Bhagatwho used his social networks to share the joke that the worker made on his boss, after having resigned.

THE LAST

“I think many of you are going to see yourself reflected in this. Toxic work culture is so prominent these days. Lack of respect and rights is quite common. Aniket is ready to start his next step. I hope this story inspires people,” he noted.

Instead of opting for a traditional farewell, Aniket planned to celebrate his resignation outside the office. For that he called his teacher and his classmates dhol, a drum used in India, in order to carry out a performance.

“I have been working for 3 years. The salary has increased by a peanut. The boss does not respect me at all”Aniket said.

That was why on his last day, and when he was leaving the office, he decided to carry out an annoying action towards his boss. Stationed outside the office, Aniket waited for his boss to come out, shook her hand and said: “I’m sorry, sir, goodbye.”.

At that moment, both he and his friends began to dance to the rhythm of the dhol, while the boss, with obvious anger, remained motionless at the door of the building waiting to get out of there.

Already enraged, the executive asked them to stop recording and even pushed one of the musicians.

Finally, and now far from the office, Aniket’s friends had planned a surprise party for him to celebrate that he had left that job.
