The second match that will be played at the Q2 Stadium will be in Group D, on July 2, between Paraguay and Costa Rica
The Q2 Stadium, for its ecological design and construction, was awarded the LEED Gold certificate, an American program that rewards environmental improvement.
For example, it complies with the COA Dark Skies initiative to reduce light pollution and water consumption both outdoors (55 percent) and indoors (32 percent).
In addition, the United States team played a Qualifying match for Qatar 2022 in this stadium and also hosted one of the semifinals of the 2021 Concacaf Gold Cup.
