Carlo Maria Viganó has forcefully declared that “Bergoglio promotes uncontrolled immigration and calls for the integration of cultures and religions”, “imposes the green agenda” and “writes delirious encyclicals about the environment, supports the 2030 Agenda and attacks those who question the theory of anthropogenic global warming.
