The community of the Primera Junta neighborhood is celebrating the Patron of Students. Once the religious ceremony is over, there will be various activities for all those present.
This Friday the main events will be held in honor of San Luis Gonzaga, Patron of Youth and Studentsso all parish communities of Santiago del Estero are invited to join the the festivity that will take place in the chapel located in the Primera Junta neighborhood, on the corner of Viamonte and Alberti streets.
Bokalic will celebrate mass this afternoon.
The central mass will be at 7 p.m. and will be presided over by the Diocesan Bishop Vicente Bokalic, and the participation of other priests who are committed to accompanying the great community of San Luis Gonzaga is expected. At the end of the religious celebration, according to plan, study material will be blessed for the young people who come to the temple.
Also, a procession is planned that will travel through the main streets of the Primera Junta neighborhood and Then the traditional chocolate will be served, an activity that will be carried out by the group of servers “Pilgrim Christ”.
Following the program of activities, Once the chocolate is finished, the artistic festival will begin in honor of the Patron of Students. This activity will take place in the parish hall and will feature performances by local artists and academies.
The organization invites all Santiago residents to join the party and accompany San Luis Gonzaga in his patron saint celebration.
