Albert Frangiéh, renowned and prominent photographer from Zulia, was appointed by the Ministry of Culture of the Government of Zulia, as the new director of the Julio Vengoechea School of Photography.
The cultural entity reported this Friday, May 31, on its Instagram, that after an assembly in which students and teachers participated, on May 28, at the School headquarters, Viviana Márquez, head of Culture, announced that “ Beto” Frangiéh assumes the responsibility of taking the reins of this important training center that is more than thirty years old.
Framgiéh will work alongside a team of qualified teachers, including Alejandro Vásquez, Isabel Bracho, Enmanuel Chávez, Lisbeth Altamar, Nelson Sánchez, among other collaborators.
“This team of teachers will continue to provide the quality and training excellence at the “Julio Vengoechea” School of Photography, as it has always been characterized, offering the knowledge, tools and guidance that students need to develop their skills and creativity in this field. art”, indicates the publication.
Frangiéh, fully recognized and experienced, is an undisputed artist of photographic creation who never tires of seeking and living with new experiences. Since 1982 he has been training a new generation of photographers and has had important works and exhibitions in his long artistic career, says the Ministry of Culture.
