Poster wanted for the Traveling Book Marathon in Quer

Like every year, the Quer City Council calls a poster contest to announce the Traveler Marathon of Stories in the town of Setera. The original of the poster will be a folio size. There will be three categories in the contest, one for boys and girls from 3 to 7 years old, another from 8 to 14 years old, and the third, from 15 years old and up. There will be one winner per modality. The information must appear on the poster: 19th Traveler Marathon. June 8, 2024. Want

Participants should keep in mind the Marathon theme, “Music.” The poster technique is left to the artist’s choice, taking into account that he must allow its exhibition and reproduction on paper. The prize will consist of the publication of the posters through the web and some surprise… The originals will be presented at the Public Library of Villa de Quer. The deadline to present the poster will end on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.

To ensure the anonymity of the originals, the works will be delivered under a title that will identify the poster. In a closed envelope, with the same title, the following information will be entered: Name, Surname, Postal Address and Telephone.

The jury will make public the decision of the contest the following week, between June 3 and 6. The jury will be made up of three members of the City Council and the librarian. The originals will be exhibited in the porch of the Nuestra Señora la Blanca Church on June 8, the same day of the Traveler Marathon, and on subsequent days at the Villa de Quer Public Library.

The originals of the works that participate will remain the property of the “Villa de Quer” Public Library, as well as the rights of reproduction, use and adaptation for the different materials that are printed.
