Musical Education, for everyone and for everyone!: methods, experiences, evidence and resources is the title of the 216-page book that Summer Cuenca will present in its 13th edition, which is taking place and will run until July 6, 2024 in the World Heritage city. Published in the Narcea publishing house, it is edited by the Cuenca teacher, researcher and cultural manager Marco Antonio de la Ossa Martínez. It is a collective volume made up of twelve chapters that have as their center and common link Musical Education and music teaching, understood in a very broad and complementary way.

Thus, its seventeen authors, eight women (Raquel Bravo Marin, María Elena Cuenca RodríguezMaría Fernández-Avilés García, Vicenta Gisbert Caudeli, Fatima Martin RuizLidón Moliner Miravet, Xusa Puerto Sánchez and María José Sánchez Parra) and nine men (Antonio Francisco Arnau Mollá, Alberto Cabedo Mas, Carlos García CamiloOmar León Jiménez, Narciso José López GarcíaRoberto Macián González, Victor Navarro Maciá, Francisco Javier Romero Naranjo and his own Marco Antonio de la Ossa Martínezwhich has two chapters) invite readers on a journey through methods, experiences, studies, resources and evidence.

Furthermore, this work aims to continue expanding the core of scientific publications that are aimed at expanding the existing literature on musical training and pedagogy.

The proposals that make up this book were selected by the scientific committee of the IV International Meeting of Music Teachers/XII Conference on Music Teaching and Musicology, which took place on November 17, 18 and 19, 2023 at the Faculty of Education of Cuenca (UCLM). As has happened since its first edition, they were part of Estival Cuenca, since it is established in the festival program within the Estival Científico section.

Regarding the Narcea publishing house, it has more than 3,500 published titles covering two very defined lines of production: the edition of scientific-technical works on pedagogy and psychopedagogy, sociology, humanities, social work, university studies, gender studies and works of innovation and teaching updating. With the focus on the person and their human development. Currently, it occupies 6th place in Education in the Scholary Publisher Indicators (SPI) of Spanish publishers in 2022, with a Publisher Quality Indicator (ICEE) of 70, and 37th in History, with an ICEE of 4. In The general ranking of publishers is in 45th place, with an ICEE of 74.

This is the 17th book signed by Marco Antonio de la Ossa, twelve of them as author and five as editor-coordinator. The release of the volume will take place on June 25 at the Parador de Cuenca at the presentation of Estival Cuenca to the media and sponsors.
