The five brands that want to open stores in Mendoza

Tomasso It is one of the main pizza chains in the country. It has 65 branches throughout the country, with a presence in the City of Buenos Aires, various neighborhoods of Greater Buenos Aires, and the cities of Pergamino, Bariloche, San Luis, Mar del Plata, Rosario, Santa Fe, Paraná and Córdoba.

Each location sells around 20,000 empanadas and 2,000 pizzas per month. The proposal consists of a total investment of US$28,500, turnkey with a recovery of the investment starting in 19 months.

The artisanal chocolate products company, Pinocchio Chocolates was born in Mar de las Pampas in 1995 and today it already has 34 branches throughout the country, in addition to four branches in Spain.

One of the stores is already operational in the city of Mendoza, although the intention is to expand the business. They propose an estimated total investment of US$34,000 with a payback period of 18 months.

Nucha Backery is one of the leaders in artisanal pastries in Argentina. With 13 stores in the Buenos Aires AMBA, it plans its expansion in other locations in the country. The proposal has an estimated total investment of US$ 136,000.

Traditionally known as “dietary”, Dill It is recognized as “natural market” businesses, where
aromas, textures and flavors of vegan foods, organic products, Tacc-free or gluten-free foods, spices, seeds and others.

With 33 locations in operation in the City of Buenos Aires and the AMBA, in Rosario, Córdoba and Santa Fé, it is looking for franchisors with a total investment proposal of US$ 40,000 and an investment recovery of around 24 months.
