The actress and Álex González presented ‘From tomorrow’, their new series for Disney Plus
The set of ‘El hormiguero’ welcomed Marta Hazas and Álex González. The actors told what the filming of her new series was like, and revealed an unexpected anecdote from Hazas’s childhood that ended in the most eschatological way possible.
“I didn’t see much of him for the character”
Marta Hazas and Álex González presented their new series together last night on ‘El hormiguero’: ‘From tomorrow’created by Daniel Écija (‘Christ and King’), about a woman who begins to see flashes from the future after touching a mysterious mineral found in the floor of his new house. It premieres on Disney+ on June 12.
Regarding his character in the series, González recalled the friction he had with the creator of the series when he He told him to grow a mustache and the actor was not too convinced:
“I didn’t see much of it for the character. Five days into filming, Daniel Écija told me to grow a mustache. And I left it so he could see that it didn’t work. There wasn’t time for many changes either. I told him no. I saw him and he, who was a little nervous, told me: ‘If you don’t want to wear a mustache, do your own series.’ In the end, I listened to him and I think the character suits him very well.”
During the interview, the presenter asked Hazas about that time when They kicked her out of the school choir and she took revenge very seriously:
“(They kicked me out) from the school choir when I was only 3 years old. In kindergarten they told me: ‘Sing a song.’ And I sang a protest song that my parents listened to, one by Chiquetete.
