The Base Law has been discussed in the Senate since 11 in the morning, but around 2 p.m. the incidents began in the vicinity of Congress. The protesters threw stones, tiles and even sticks at the police. One of the images of the day was that of a man, without clothes, climbing on the Monument to the Two Congresses.

The man, who had also confronted the police with his pants down, climbed up and rested for a few minutes on top of the monument near Congress. Minutes later, firefighters managed to get him down.
