Faced with such a situation, the son of ‘El Pirru’ spoke about the famous woman and reiterated his affection for the singer, and through the media he sent her a message, however, he also made clear the condition that must prevail to resume his coexistence with her.
In an interview with the Mexican television program ‘Ventaneando’, José Emilio stressed that he made the decision to stay away from her, at least while he is close to Ángel Muñoz, with whom Ana Bárbara has had a relationship for more than 10 years.
“The message, I have given everything, I have said that I love her, that I am very grateful to her, I will be so all my life. “You know what role she played in my life,” she noted.
“But as long as Ángel is living with her or near her, I don’t want to have any type of relationship with her… I will always love her, I will love her and I will thank her for absolutely everything she did for me because she did a lot things, she played a role as a mother in my life and I will always thank her, but as long as he is there, the truth is that I am fine here,” said José Emilio.
On the other hand, he expressed that he hopes that things will be resolved soon and calm can come to his family. “I hope that I will soon get closer to my brothers, I don’t know, that they will be okay again.”

Now, regarding the legal actions that Ana Bárbara or her partner may have against him, José Emilio responded: “I have not been notified (of any lawsuit) and if it arrives I will wait for it well, ready, without fear. And if I get a lawsuit for telling the truth, it would make me foolish, it would make me crazy to be in court fighting to see who is responsible for the mistreatment, because there is all the evidence.”
“There is a lot of evidence from all the people who have been close to Ana Bárbara and the family. Testimonials, her mother too. There are things to make what I am saying credible. I have never seen a blow, and if I had seen it, it would have been something else. They are just words, but I believe that words also affect a lot, sometimes more than a blow… because one thing is educating them and another thing is mistreating them,” she added.
“Maybe in the way I raised them I did see them as a little drastic, but I also mistreated them, telling them things, I offended them all the time, especially my brother José María, they are strong words, they are ugly things, (with possible) psychological damage,” he stated.
Finally, José Emilio assured: “These are not my tantrums, the only thing I ask is that justice be done, that my brothers are well and that they see their mother again, that is the only thing I ask.”
