Luis Slimming’s joke about Paul Vásquez at the Viña del Mar Festival continues to cause people to talk, and this time one of his colleagues tried to explain the reason for the exDinamita Show’s anger.
It should be remembered that the joke that the comedian launched at Quinta Vergara was related to the problems of “El Flaco” in the past.
“A classic comedian said that he spent more than 800 thousand pesos a week on cocaine. Impressive, because if you see this comedian’s routine in Viña, together with his partner El Indio, these routines lasted an hour and a half. “So, at what minute did he do it?” were Don Comedia’s words that bothered Flaco, causing strong statements and tense moments between the two.
Now, Rodrigo Villegas was consulted about this situation in an interview in Ciudadano de ADN, where he came out in defense of Paul Vásquez.
In the first instance, the comedian referred to the fact that comedians are capable of laughing at themselves, he admitted that “Comedians are serious, envious and we have bad feelings for each other.”
“It’s hairy inside. It’s complicated and there is no humor within comedians. That’s why I isolate myself, I am like a hermit of humor and I walk in my bubble”, he confessed.

Later, Villegas presented his theory about Paul’s annoyance, stating that: “I think it bothered Flaco because he wants to be an icon of good vibes, not an icon of drugs, of the pastime, of all that… he wants to be an icon of someone who helps, of someone who is a firefighter.””, he stated.
“The icon of Negro Piñera is different. We all know that he is a carter and the Negro accepts it, because he is his character, but I think that El Flaco is wanting to have another image. And I think that Luis Slimming is so talented that suddenly it is not necessary to hit another comedian”.
In this context, he commented that “the new comedians are choros too… There are some who have earned their kicks in the rat…”, he stated.
