However, if there was a series that not only marked several generations, but also grew until become a cult production even for the most adults was Adventure Time.

This series, created in 2010 by the mythical chain, recounted the bizarre experiences lived by Jake the dog and Finn the human, two friends determined to make the most of their status as adventurers and, during the course of their travels, have a very, very good time. During ten seasonswere winning the hearts of the youngest and oldest, because although it showed a attractive animation and some direct and simple plotsthe set of its episodes gradually revealed a universe that was inexhaustibleboth in his variety as in the deep meaning of its characters and events.

Thus, although the series ended in 2018 with that tenth installment, the world of Adventure Time has continued to provide his fans with different projects that they have also liked, such as several special one-hour episodes in 2019 or a 2023 spin-off, Fionna & Cake, which changed the gender of the characters and was now aimed directly at a more adult audience. The thing, however, did not end with these new expansions, and that is that during the Annecy Festivalone of the most important dates in the animation sector, it has been known that Cartoon Network Studios has in mind a new expansion of the universewith two new series and a movie that can be seen On cinemas.
