And this new series comes from the hand of, nothing more and nothing less, JJ Abrams, Matt Reeves (director of ‘The Batman’) and Bruce Timcreator of the original animated series.

And just by seeing some sequences from this first trailer it is clear where the series comes from, with a Bruce Tim who seems to have collected the best of his original series from the 90s to offer a new vision of the Dark Knight that completely surrenders to the noir style. So much so that ‘Batman: Caped Crusader‘ will introduce us to the origins of the Dark Knight and how he must face some of the famous villains of his own universe, as well as criminals and gangsters from Gotham City.
Some of these villains already appear in this first trailer, such as Two faces, the Penguin either harley quinnalthough surely more will appear… Although Batman himself will also be considered a criminal by the Gotham police, who do not accept that a masked vigilante unleash chaos through the streets due to the inefficiency of their agents.
