The elderly beneficiaries of the Colombia Mayor Program subsidy will be able to approach the SuChance operator from today, Friday, April 26, until Friday, May 10, for their respective payment.
The Mayor’s Office of Neiva, through the Secretariat of Social Development and Inclusion, informed the elderly beneficiaries of the subsidy that they can approach the SuChance operator for their respective collection starting today.
“The start of payments will be from Friday, April 26 and will have the final date on Friday, May 10, for this reason we invite older adults who are beneficiaries of the economic subsidy of the program to approach the SuChance payment points with the original ID,” said Blanca Gómez, municipal liaison of Colombia Mayor.
However, the official reiterated that it is important to present the original ID document, and in case of any problem with the fingerprint, the older adult must immediately notify the SuChance operator for its respective solution and processing.
“Those older adults who have difficulty with their fingerprint must request fingerprint exemption and the appropriate procedure will be carried out at the payment point,” said Blanca Gómez, Municipal liaison.
