The Mayor’s Office of Neiva received a visit from the Ministry of Sports for the development of a Unified Command Post -PMU- and the supervision of progress and improvements of the stadium.
Taking into account the first BetPlay football matchday, where Atlético Huila will face Orsomarso, the Ministry of Sports made a visit to the city of Neiva, with the aim of developing a Unified Command Post -PMU- and in turn, exercise control and surveillance of security, coexistence and comfort in the sports setting.
This visit was received by the Secretariat of Sports and Recreation and the management of Club Atlético Huila, who presented the Security Plan, which has proposed security protocols for before, during and after the development of the matches.
In turn, at this meeting the progress and improvements that have been made to the sports complex were presented, responding to the supervision carried out by the Ministry of Sports, who are constantly monitoring to guarantee the well-being of citizens during the meetings. sports.
Jorge Vargas, delegate of the Ministry of Sports, said “This Ministry, led by Minister Trejos, has been supervising the Unified Command Posts that must be organized within the framework of professional soccer matches in the country and obey a national strategy in order to provide for security. and coexistence. “We have seen a good response from the secretariat and the club.”
The progress
In the middle of the visit, the arrangements of the sanitary batteries, food sales points, maintenance of the lighting towers, installation of seating and signage were confirmed; giving responses to the recommendations made a year ago by the Ministry’s delegation.
