The property or rights and actions (false tradition) that the defendants have in the assets identified below will be auctioned.
Agua Blanca Lot, identified with FMI No. 095-109631, cadastral ID No. 000000160234000, the defendants are holders of rights and shares (false tradition) and its valuation is in the sum of $7,200,000;
San Eduardo Lot, identified with FMI No. 095-4894, cadastral certificate No. 000000160182000, the defendants are holders of rights and shares (false tradition) in a percentage of the property to be auctioned equivalent to 40% and its valuation is the sum of $14,792,000;
El Pantano Lot with construction erected there, identified with FMI No. 095-30497, cadastral certificate No. 000000160235000, the defendants are holders of rights and shares (false tradition) in a percentage of the property to be auctioned equivalent to 80% and its valuation is in the sum $12,600,000;
El Alisal Lot, identified with FMI No. 095-109633, cadastral ID No. 000000160234000, the defendants are holders of rights and shares (false tradition) and its valuation is in the sum of $22,050,000
San Luis Lot, with construction erected there identified with FMI No. 095-3508, cadastral certificate No. 000000160184000, the defendants are holders of rights and shares (false tradition) in a percentage of the property to be auctioned equivalent to 40% and its valuation $37,800 ,000 and
El Pantano Lot with construction erected there, identified with FMI No. 095-78529, cadastral certificate No. 000000160233000, valued at the sum of $155,000,000.
The assets are located in the Chaguata village of the Municipality of Pesca – Boyacá

The bidding will begin on the date and time indicated and will not be closed until one hour has elapsed from its initiation. The admissible bid will be the one that covers the value of 70% of the total appraisal, equivalent to $174,609,400, after depositing forty percent ( 40%) which corresponds to $69,843,760.
