With everything already defined for the second phase, this Wednesday the fourteenth and last date in the regular phase will be completed in Group B of the Central/West Division, for the Federal Basketball League.

In one of the duels that will serve to complete the calendar, the basketball classic in the city of La Rioja will take place, between Facundo and Atlético Riojano. The duel will be played from 9:30 p.m. and at the “La Caldera Verde” facilities.

The local team, which shares first place with Chamical Basket, will go for victory to finish at the top of the standings. While the Dean will go for the points, due to what the rivalry between the two means, because in what relates to his future in the competition, nothing will change his outlook, since he is assured of third place (last of the teams that go directly to the play off), but does not have mathematical chances to reach second place, thinking about a better crossing for the next instance.

In the other match of the day, Chamical Basket, which is the other leader of the group, will visit Red Star from Catamarca, in the duel that will start at 9:00 p.m.

The date began this Tuesday with the duel between teams from Catamarca, starring Olimpia and Hindú Club, while Rioja Juniors will have a free date.

Positions: Chamical Basket and Facundo 21 points, Riojano 17, Rioja Juniors 16, Red Star 15, Hindú 14 and Olimpia 13.

It should be noted that the first, second and third qualify directly for the inter-zonal playoffs. The others will play a play in match on the court of the best placed, with this format: 4th vs 7th and 5th vs 6th.
