In tune with the uniqueness of the country, to give priority to citizen attention, Granma draws up political and governmental projections to involve and integrate neighbors in the improvement of the community, as a greeting to July 26.

Reboosting the economy, strengthening the ideology and confronting the deviations and negative trends that arise in the neighborhood with collective participation are among the main actions in this period.

In these terms, Yudelkis Ortiz Barceló, first secretary of the Party in Granma, and Governor Yanetsy Terry Gutiérrez were projected in the exchange held, in Bayamo, with the main cadres of the territory, to specify objectives of this second stage of work, dedicated to the Day of the National Rebellion.

At the meeting, specific attention was raised to five Popular Councils, four from the northern area of ​​Bayamo and the Vado del Yeso Popular Council, in the territory of Río Cauto, an experience to be extended to other territories, taking into account the four work priorities defined by the first secretary of the Party Miguel Díaz-Canel.

The agents of change will be made up of a working group made up of political and administrative cadres, who, together with the structures of the Popular Councils and mass and social organizations, will evaluate, plan and reconcile with the community, actions that involve everyone. to achieve collective improvement based on priorities.

In Bayamo, the Popular Councils of El Valle, Siboney, Rosa la Bayamesa and Camilo Cienfuegos are included in the project, where the emergencies and needs that require everyone’s efforts to respond to them will be identified.

In the exchange with the main cadres of the territory, Ortiz Barceló also said that, in difficult times like those the country is experiencing today, revolutionary vigilance must be reinforced and everything that belongs to the people must be protected and not leave room for crime or those who want to tarnish the image of the Revolution.

Likewise, he reported on the effects of the electrical service in the province, about how the rotation of energy distribution blocks has been implemented, the solution of network breakdowns and the attention provided to the generating sets located in the territory.

In Granma, a set of measures and administrative actions are adopted to contribute to the saving of electrical energy in labor groups and also by the population.
