Two days of dancing are planned for the community.

Tortel is celebrating its 69th anniversary and wants to close it in the best way. For this weekend, the municipality has prepared two days of activities for the community and thus close the commune’s birthday in a big way.

The inhabitants will enjoy all the cumbia of the Coyhaiquino group “Incógnitos del Sabor”. Friday’s event will benefit the parents of the eighth grade of the Luis Bravo School, a course that is raising funds for its end-of-year study tour.

Saturday will be to contribute to the Aroldo Cárdenas Hopscotch Club, which is raising funds to be able to develop various activities as an organization. Both institutions will be in charge of the sale of drinks, alcohol and food.

The shows on Friday, May 24 and Saturday, May 25, will take place from 10:30 p.m., at the Tortel Community Center.
