OXXO, the largest convenience store chain in Latin America, opened its first store in the capital of Tolima. The milestone constitutes another step in its expansion plan, with which they have already opened more than 480 stores in departments such as Cundinamarca, Antioquia, Santander, Atlántico, Valle del Cauca, Risaralda, Boyacá, Quindío, Caldas, among others.

The new OXXO store in Ibagué will be located in the Piedra Pintada 42 residential unit exactly on Carrera 5 No. 43 – 155, Local 2. There, residents will be able to access a wide portfolio of products that seek to satisfy customer needs in a fast, close, reliable and practical way. OXXO stands out for its innovative “open door” offering that operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, it promotes economic and social development in the communities where they are present, through the generation of formal employment and joint work with local suppliers. In the case of Ibagué, the convenience store brand that has been in Colombia since 2009, highlighted that they plan to open new stores in the coming months.
