“To all the armed structures, especially the leaders, understand that every day the support you are going to have from the civilian population is less, She is already tired and fed up with working to have to give the few resources she gets from her work to some lazy people and scoundrels. “What they know is to kill, extort and threaten people,” said General Cardozo Santamaría.

In his speech, the officer highlighted that at this time the Government is promoting it as an opportunity for these criminals to “reorient” their path.

“To all these structures, it is time to abandon weapons and help build a better country. Do not continue wasting your youth, nor recruiting young people to put them in front of the troops; “You are doing great damage to this society,” said the Army commander.
